Sourdough Whisk
Designed with your sticky sourdough in mind. Sourdough is very "hands-on", but not all of us sourdough lovers grew up as slime kids, and the surface area of most spoons and whisks pick up so much dough it's difficult to get a good mix! This whisk, inspired by a Danish whisk, gives you a better mix to the bottom of your bowl without picking up as much of your dough.
Avaliable in hard maple, walnut, or cherry.
Dimensions
Sourdough Whisks are 13.25" long with a 3.25" head and 2.5" hole.
Finished with locally sourced beeswax and food grade mineral oil for a hardy seal.
