Small Flower Press

Like many items I make this was requested by my wife. She and my daughter love to collect wild flowers as well as garden flowers to press. I myself have a couple 4-leaf clovers in one.

Cardboard sheets are layered between the pieces of wood to press multiple items at once. A few sheets are included with each press. Additional once can easily be cut from pretty much any cardboard box.

Wood types available: Maple, Cherry , Walnut. (currently only pictured is Maple)

Dimensions:  8 5/8in x 5 1/8in x 2 1/2IN *APPROXIMATE

Thumb screws are 1 1/4 in long giving 1/2 to 3/4in of pressing space.

***Select a wood type for your press and in the Notes on check out indicate what pattern you would like engraved on the front. A B C D E or None, and if you care if the image is Horizontal or Vertical

Care Instructions

How to DESTROY your wood product.

Step One: Never oil your wood product regularly.

Step Two: Soak/submerge in water.

Step Three: Wash in dishwasher.

Congratulations your board is now warping, coming apart at the seams, and is rougher than the sandpaper used to finish it.

Now that we have that out of the way.

How to keep your wood goods happy

In all seriousness if you stay away from doing those three steps your wood product will last for many years.
